When it comes to implementation, training users is the key to getting them engaged. Your employees are not going to want to use a system they don’t know anything about, and if they don’t know anything about the system, you won’t be receiving the return on that you’d hoped for. 

What can I expect from a RED group training session?

We consider the most important element of our training sessions to be the fact that there are no typical RED group training sessions - we always ensure each session meets the individual needs of our clients. 

The one thing our training sessions do have in common is that they typically are a full day training session, and are very interactive with lots of time for questions, discussion and examples. Training works best when everyone has computer in front of them and can follow along and follow what the trainer is doing on the screen.
