| Our story As an experienced entrepreneur who launched her first business, Lingerie Elegance, into an international success, Rhonda knew she could use CRM to help companies do a better job of managing information and working with their data, and that their businesses would grow as a result. In 2000, Rhonda switched her focus from Lingerie to marketing and event planning. In her new role as freelance consultant, she worked with non-profit organizations such as Dress for Success Halifax and the Rick Hansen Foundation. In September of 2006, Rhonda travelled to Atlanta to take her certification course and exam in database management systems. With that certification, Rhonda was able to blend her entrepreneurial experience and enthusiasm with her ability to organize information, people and processes. The RED group was born. “Every step of my career path had a part that was trying to reach out to people,” says Rhonda. “Whether it was in sales, project management, fundraising or recruiting volunteers, I was always learning new and better ways of solving problems with information. My whole adult life has been a lead up to creating the RED group.” Understanding that she could not offer her clients the best possible solutions alone, Rhonda began finding like minded people to work with her. She brought together other professionals who share in her vision and apply their vast experience to solving problems with one common thread; they all love their work and get very excited about what they are working on. “Having fun at work is important to us. We like who we work with, enjoy spending time with our clients and each of us gets a great deal of satisfaction from the projects we undertake; its my recipe for success.” Together, the RED group works toward the common goal of helping organizations realize what an asset their contact information can be. “We’re passionate about helping businesses manage their information so they can increase productivity and nurture relationships to boost their bottom line.” The RED group is passionate about building lasting relationships with their clients. As needs change and technology offers better solutions, the RED group modifies their clients’ database systems to ensure they continue to get the best results possible. Rhonda says the most rewarding part of her job is seeing the results from helping companies help them themselves. “It’s exciting to see the immediate improvement clients discover when they do a better job of managing their data." |
